Your day by day program
Welcome to Corsica! Upon arriving in Bastia, head to the picturesque Cap Corse, a wild peninsula where the mountains meet the sea. Explore authentic villages, quaint fishing ports, and breathtaking viewpoints. End your day in a charming guesthouse near Saint-Florent, enjoying a warm welcome and a cozy, intimate setting for an unforgettable first night.

Leave Saint-Florent for a day full of discoveries in the Balagne region. First, stop in Île-Rousse, a charming coastal town, then explore the typical Balagne villages with cobbled streets and stone houses. Finish in Calvi with its impressive citadel, before reaching Manso for a peaceful overnight stay in an authentic setting.
Approximately 140km.
Leave Manso for a spectacular day between sea and mountains. Stop in Porto for a coastal walk, then explore the Aïtone Forest, a haven of pine trees and impressive waterfalls. Cross the Verghio Pass, the highest point on the route intersecting the famous GR20 trail, before reaching Calacuccia for an authentic and peaceful overnight stay.

Leave Calacuccia to explore authentic Corsica. Stop in Corte to visit the town and its museum, then continue through Ghisoni and Verde, surrounded by mountains and picturesque villages. End your day in Zicavo, enjoying a peaceful overnight stay in a truly Corsican setting.

Leave Zicavo to explore the Alta Rocca region and its authentic landscapes. Stop in Propriano, a charming coastal town, then pass through Sainte-Lucie de Tallano before visiting Levie, the historic center of the area. Continue to Zonza for the night, in a welcoming setting rich in local traditions.
Approximately 95km.
Depart from Zonza for an exceptional day towards Bonifacio. Cross the Bacini Pass and enjoy spectacular views of mountains and sea. In Bonifacio, take some free time to stroll around the citadel and the harbor, then return via Porto-Vecchio, the lake, and the Ospedale forest. A day combining sea, mountains, and pristine nature before returning to your accommodation for the night.
Approximately 135km.
Leave Zonza for a day of discovery between mountains and plains. Cross the Bavella Needles and admire the iconic rock formations, then enjoy the coastal views of Solenzara before continuing to Aleria, rich in history and charm. The day ends in Alando, where you will stay overnight in a peaceful and welcoming setting.
Approximately 125km.
On the final day, leave Alando and explore the picturesque villages of Castagniccia. Pass through Morosaglia, La Porta, and the villages of Casinca before arriving in Bastia. Enjoy the lush landscapes and authentic Corsican villages, concluding your journey on a memorable note.
